It is really upsetting to drive all the way down the mountain from the middle of Albertville at 4:10pm to find you have closed already!! This has happened to me several times, it's VERY frustrating!
While JJ's has been a Guntersville staple for many years, DO NOT EXPECT FAST SERVICE! The food is consistently good and has been for many years. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend JJ's as a quick stop. On the last 3 visits our wait has been 35 to 45 minutes. None of those were during peak times and no more than one vehicle ahead of us in line. I had a cheeseburger and a drink. There were 2 cars in front of me and I was in line about 15 minutes before it was my turn to order. Once I ordered, I received my food within 7 or 8 minutes, so didn't have to wait nearly as long as some other reviewers. The lady who took my order was very nice.
