“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. “The people that work here are always very very nice! You have a fantastic, hardworking staff!
However, I always order through the drive through or the app and I have, on at least 5 occasions now, been given a latte with espresso/coffee when I have ordered a Chai latte. Since I do not drink coffee this has been a little bit annoying.”

“We have been eating burgers from the Peppered for years now & highly recommend them. The “special” is always a fun creation, I got something new this time with pineapple and goat cheese that was very delicious, but the Bulgogi Burger with Korean BBQ sauce is our favorite. You can get several burgers on fries and skip the bun if you like. The sweet tea is the best in the area, imho. Service is always great, a shout out to Josh for always going above and beyond for customers.”

“Absolutely delicious! Low key obsessed and have been visiting weekly for a few months now. So far everything I’ve tried has been amazing. My husbands favorite so far is their ham and Swiss croissant. You do have to be prepared to check their weekly menu and arrive early. They will sell out later in the morning/early afternoon. But don’t skip this place. If they’re out of something come back another day. You won’t be disappointed!”

“The best cheesesteaks I’ve ever tasted NO CAP🤣🤣!! No frfr, Ive tried multiple sandwiches and they all were very very tasty!!! My favorite one was the Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak, made by yours truly, Elroy Drew!!! They offer the best lemonade in the world and a very family friendly customer service experience!!! “The coffee from FigBrew is absolutely delicious! When I was first introduced to FigBrew Coffee, I admit I was hesitant to try it since I’d never heard of it before. I left the trial package on my desk at work for two days, pondering what it might taste like. Eventually, curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to give it a shot. But since our first experience here, we always request to have Raven as our server. She is so friendly, attentive, fast, and positive! Raven makes our morning and she is definitely one of the best!”

“Really great place to hang out! Food can be hit or miss, but there’s a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Outdoor seating is plentiful and it’s a great place to be on a sunny day. Plus there are a number of small locally owned shops and businesses that are worth checking out. Most are only open on weekends.”

“I have enjoyed previous dining at Amerigo, and all things considered, excellent. This adventure was not so grand. Wrong order was delivered initially. I know, it happens, but this was a first for Amerigo. My guest commented his Calamari was over cooked. Again, a first at Amerigo. Lastly, and a true Pet Peeve of mine, my Fettuccine Alfreado was luck warm at best. I will dine with Amerigo again, but, if my experience is like the last, it will be my last dine with Amerigo.”

“Last night was my first time trying Big Ed’s. I have saw the place 100x. It wasn’t until a friend invited me that I went. We placed a pick up order. The staff were amazing, so kind, so generous and helpful. They even taste tested the Dr. Pepper for me after trying to get one at other places yesterday every other machine was slightly off and none were drinkable. We had a good laugh about the Dr. Pepper. The wings are amazing. I got the lemon pepper they are a dry rub which they do tell you and that was exactly what I was looking for. The portion size was large enough for more than 2 meals. This place definitely impressed me and I will be back. Great atmosphere, friendly staff , fresh and hot food . I can’t say enough about them ! I hope the workers from last night see this. You all truly made the experience for me.”
