“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. The Dunkin' Donuts in Hampton Cove has one of the best teams I’ve ever seen. The staff here truly pays attention—they’re focused, friendly, and ready to serve you with a smile every time. Whether you’re ordering at the counter or through the mobile app, they make sure your order is right and ready fast.

As a delivery driver, speed and accuracy matter—and this team delivers on both. The drive-thru is quick, the service is consistent, and the people are genuinely kind. You can tell they care about getting it right and getting it done with great energy.

“Our son lives in the area and every time we visit, we stop by for a milkshake, usually the chocolate horsejackery. Their milkshakes are consistently good and I like the fact they’re willing to split them into two separate cups so my husband and I can share one. The servers are usually friendly and the entire area is a fun environment.”

“We have been eating burgers from the Peppered for years now & highly recommend them. The “special” is always a fun creation, I got something new this time with pineapple and goat cheese that was very delicious, but the Bulgogi Burger with Korean BBQ sauce is our favorite. You can get several burgers on fries and skip the bun if you like. The sweet tea is the best in the area, imho. Service is always great, a shout out to Josh for always going above and beyond for customers.”

“If you like spicy, you will LOVE The Curry! I would appreciate a symbol system of some sort to help spicy-shy people (like me) avoid the HHHot! surprizes on the buffet. But just ask, they will help find the best selection for your plate. (They were very concerned for my spice-phobic friend. It was not The Curry's fault he wasn't happy, I made him come along.)”

“We come to Metro Diner on Airport Road almost every Saturday. Partly because the food is amazing and they have a great selection. But since our first experience here, we always request to have Raven as our server. She is so friendly, attentive, fast, and positive! Raven makes our morning and she is definitely one of the best!”

“Absolutely delicious! Low key obsessed and have been visiting weekly for a few months now. So far everything I’ve tried has been amazing. My husbands favorite so far is their ham and Swiss croissant. You do have to be prepared to check their weekly menu and arrive early. They will sell out later in the morning/early afternoon. But don’t skip this place. If they’re out of something come back another day. You won’t be disappointed!”

The food is always fresh, tasty and filling. I have had countless meals here at this particular restaurant and always bring friends and family visiting from England who always say 'i wish there was one in the UK'
