“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. “Maybe the best experience I've had at a fast food place in a long time. Food was excellent, hot and fresh, and lots of it. I even said my order wrong (my mistake) and they immediately made things right for me with no hassle. Very friendly staff and a very clean location. Also great sweets for dessert (try the root beer float!)”

“Not too many options that are fully dedicated vegan places in Huntsville so we were so happy to find Vujee! The staff was super kind both times we were there and the food was fantastic (had shrimp, chicken, and v Mac meals). They also had, when we were there, carrot and red velvet cake (what?!). “Do yourself a favor and go try Pofta Buna International! Such an amazing piece of home! I took my coworkers there and they were amazed, we all had the Bucharest Shaorma! Crepes are delicious savory or sweet, desers taste like back home in 🇷🇴 Romania. Thank you to Nicoleta and the crew for filling our bellies with deliciousness! 5 ⭐️ !!!!”

“Our evening here was off to a slow start but it was worth the wait. Our food was excellent and I’ll definitely be back. We had the Saag Paneer and Paneer Tikka Masala. The Tikka Masala had a lot of cilantro. It was different but still very good. We also had a side of buttered naan and finished off with some kheer. The paneer tasted very fresh as did everything else. This might be my favorite Indian place in Huntsville. The portion size was good value for both the entrees.”

“We love Crumbl! We’ve never had a bad experience at the one from Jones Valley. Our favorite is the molten lava cookie. I do wish they would change up the classic pink sugar cookie… it’s time for something new.”

“We come to Metro Diner on Airport Road almost every Saturday. Partly because the food is amazing and they have a great selection. But since our first experience here, we always request to have Raven as our server. She is so friendly, attentive, fast, and positive! Raven makes our morning and she is definitely one of the best!”

“My husband and I grew up in upstate NY so we know what real Italian pizza should taste like. Grimaldi’s certainly delivered. The pizza was exactly as we remembered. I must compliment our waitress Emma who was top notch. She was very attentive and gracious. We certainly will return again to enjoy their very delicious pizza.”

“Before arriving, I had said that it won't be legit unless it has Hawaiian Sun drinks...and they delivered! Katsu portions were so generous! Sauces were delish! I was nervous to try the deep fried spam musubi...but definitely will next time!! Will do the family meal next time to get a bit of everything!!
