Order 2 combo they forgot the sauce the first that came with the sandwich and lthe extra sauce and other condiments we asked for after going 30 mins back to Arby's they still didn't messed the order and an bare got one serving not to mention double serving and so.e components where not even put on either sandwich or items add to one 9f the sandwiches which was a uncharged

Had the burger it was precooked they put it in a deep fryer to warm . Terrible .

We ordered the Arby Qs and couldn’t eat them. All we could taste was bread and BBQ sauce. There wasn’t much meat to begin with, so the bbq sauce overwhelmed it. Wasted that money, stopped at Subway and enjoyed that sandwich.

My brother and I went through the drive thru and ordered the classic crispy chicken sandwich and curly fries. We pulled up to the window and had our order in about 30 seconds....that right there tells you it wasn't fresh because there were no other customers at the restaurant.when we unwrapped our sandwiches I was immediately disappointed.the chicken looked like a low grade patty that was burnt and dried out,as for the curly fries they were like warm and not crisp orange fresh.... if we was weren't working and back on our job I would have taken it back. Needless to we will never go to the Arby's in Owens Crossroads again and I would recommend that nobody else does either
