Ok ordered 3 2 PC fish dinners thru uber eats got the food 100 dollars!! Then 1 fish dinner had 1 filet and a small portion of fish....looked like it was torn off. Called Culverts and the kid answered phone said hold on and came back and said the manager said she checked it and it was fine. She said the uber driver must have eaten it!! No more ever!!

We have friends up north who introduced us to Culvers many years ago. To say we were excited when one is now nearby is an understatement. We talked about it for months - couldn't wait for them to open. We keep going back hoping the next time will be different. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice (or eleven times) shame on me. About ten days ago, we thought we'd give it another shot and went inside. We waited 30 minutes on our food. Not one but TWO things were wrong. They gave my child the spicy buffalo tenders in the kids meal (WAY too spicy for a toddler), and I got shrimp instead of the fish I asked for. My husband went back inside to which they made him refund the shrimp and pay for the fish after their mistake. Then we waited another 20 minutes for the replacement food (my poor kid was more patient than any of those adults working). It gets worse. It took SO long to get our food and eat, we decided to use the kids tokens to get their ice cream FORTY minutes before we had to leave to be somewhere else. Guess what, at 30 minutes, my husband went inside to ask. No one, and I mean no one would even acknowledge him for help. The lady behind the counter was miserable and slow....so so slow. So he said we needed to leave. I decided to try one more thing and walked outside to where one of the food runners was and asked them if they could help. They did get our ice cream, but it was milky (NOT CUSTARD) and took a total of 40 minutes.
I am an IDIOT, and I decided I run through and grab my child a one scoop in a dish a few days later. Date stamp from the receipt vs when we got it was over 30 minutes. It's the only thing we ordered. And the only reason we got it is because I flagged someone down and said the six cars behind us have already gotten food. Why haven't we gotten our singular scoop of custard? They brought it out and said they added a second scoop as an apology but they were both the size of a cookie scooper.
On every account at this location, the review would be the same. We will not go back. I do not recommend it. I will tell every family/friend via word of mouth our experiences. I will also be reaching out to their headquarters to detail the experiences we've had in detail. Very sad we won't be getting Culvers, but not one time has it been worth it out of 10+ visits.

Culvers is always a solid choice no matter which location. The standard is high and quality always amazing. This location is different due to Test and her crew. Their energy is infectious making the place feel more welcoming and comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This store is very clean, and polite folks greet you when you walk in. Food was prepped quickly and served up piping hot!!
Food and service has always been excellent. The personnel who work there are very friendly and attentive to the customer. I have NEVER had food from there that I wasn't raving about for days.

Had an issue where it took longer to get our order...when got home realized order was incorrect...tried calling but phones not working. When showed cashier receipt and food was incorrect staff was rude. Reached out and owner said would make it right and nothing happened.
Tried it again this week and for it not being busy took way too long for our food.

Don't order a burger without a bun through the drive-thru. Either you or your seat will be covered in grease. They don't warn you that it's in the paper box. They also didn't provide utensils. They didn't seem to see the issue with using a regular paper burger box for a bunless burger. They also didn't seem very apologetic. I suggested they use plastic and the manager said I'm sorry that's just not our policy.

I’ve been to this one twice in the last week and I think of Culver’s as the chik fil a of burgers around here… food is spot on but be careful who you’re hiring here! My experience today was like you went down the street and got a McDonalds employee to fill in! When you talk to someone a response is appropriate. Faith was restored in location but the kind gentlemen that brought out the food to the vehicle.
