However, I always order through the drive through or the app and I have, on at least 5 occasions now, been given a latte with espresso/coffee when I have ordered a Chai latte. Since I do not drink coffee this has been a little bit annoying.“

“I shared a negative review earlier today because of the service I had over the phone. I sent an email to corporate about the service as well after being told the online ordering software was down to call and have an associate help me and when I did that the associate who answered the phone told me the service was down but he would only take a phone order for 3 dozen or more donuts and if I wanted less I was essentially out of luck. I got an email back fairly quickly from the owner and even though he offered me a free half dozen (I honestly didn’t want anything for free or even didn’t expect anything) his email was thoughtful, well written, and seemed genuine. I have removed the negative review and decided to give them a second chance. The owners customer service made up totally for the service his employee gave. I suspect he handled it promptly.“
