“Fast and friendly service this morning. They had maple donuts so I was thrilled with that. Coffee was excellent! Apparently they had a spill of coffee inside the shop and a few folks in the drive thru were impatient to wait on a clean up. But ya know, I think their first concern should have been, "Did anyone get burned and if so are they ok!" And if they couldn't wait then don't place an order and just move on, there's another Dunkin just up the road in Huntsville. Hope all are ok, and despite the incident, hope their day gets better.“

“I shared a negative review earlier today because of the service I had over the phone. I sent an email to corporate about the service as well after being told the online ordering software was down to call and have an associate help me and when I did that the associate who answered the phone told me the service was down but he would only take a phone order for 3 dozen or more donuts and if I wanted less I was essentially out of luck. I got an email back fairly quickly from the owner and even though he offered me a free half dozen (I honestly didn’t want anything for free or even didn’t expect anything) his email was thoughtful, well written, and seemed genuine. I have removed the negative review and decided to give them a second chance. The owners customer service made up totally for the service his employee gave. I suspect he handled it promptly.“

“Yesterday, a truly lovely employee was able to fulfill a donut request of mine that was genuinely outlandish, and I greatly appreciate the kindness extended for that request. I have many food sensitivities, so the fact that they were able to accommodate me was really heartening.“

“The single most important thing when ordering hot coffee at a drive-thru is to make sure the lid is tight. The second most important thing is to make the coffee exactly as it was ordered online. The third most important thing is to have your online order ready when ordered ahead via their app. They fail at least one of these 30% of the time.“

“My family has been going to Kay May for about a year now. We always head there for special occasions like birthdays. I’ve always loved the quality and the service, but today caused me to make sure to leave a review.I took my newly 4 year old son in to pick a donut for his birthday. We ordered our things (we LOVE the kolaches) and I was paying when the gentleman asked my son what his favorite donut was. He got him that donut and extra donut holes in his own bag, free of charge. My son was so happy, and the man didn’t even know that it was my son’s birthday. He just did it to be kind. Without knowing it, he already made my son’s day so special.We love K May Donuts!“
