“Every time we travel this area, we stop here. The staff is ALWAYS so nice and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. Many times they are understaffed but still get the job done and have a smile while doing it!“

“Bought three subs on Italian Herb and Cheese roll. Rolls were overcooked as demonstrated by the dark brown coloring on the sub roll surface. Bread was tough and stale, not fresh, out of date? This store is inconsistent regarding quality. This reflects poorly on all subways. If quality cannot be provided at the restaurant, then why would I want to visit other Subways? Should have bought a burger from Hardee's or a microwave burrito from a gas station. Does the Hartford, AL Subway feel they can provide poor quality and service since there are few choices for dining in the area?“
