I was rush through the line to finish my order, the bread was hard and I was very disappointed no coupons were accepted. The dining area was not spot cleaned after guest finished eating.
Called in and they weren't busy. I got there and they served 9 people before and said mine was almost ready. Spent 32 minutes before I got my food. Why call in? They do not honor national promos.

Bought three subs on Italian Herb and Cheese roll. Rolls were overcooked as demonstrated by the dark brown coloring on the sub roll surface. Bread was tough and stale, not fresh, out of date? This store is inconsistent regarding quality. This reflects poorly on all subways. If quality cannot be provided at the restaurant, then why would I want to visit other Subways?
