My husband and I go through the drive-thru Monday through Saturday and we always get two small coffees and occasionally we will get a breakfast biscuit sandwich of some type. On Saturdays we get our small coffees sometimes medium coffees and order breakfast sandwiches for our grandchildren and the rest of the family that lives with us here in Hartselle. We came in this evening. I ordered one of the newer items on the menu. The gal taking our order took over 5 minutes and still did not find the new item to even ring us up. With this being said, we told her thank you and we will go somewhere else. We were not greeted at all when coming in. The person at the register did not say anything at all until we spoke.
