One of my very favorite places to eat in Hartselle and absolutely love wings and things! I also wanted to come on here and thank the sweet girl tonight that was working the drive thru for her sweet comment!!
I had a cobb salad with fried chicken it was wonderful 💯

Based on reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has mixed service. The staff can be rude, with one older lady at the window being rude and forgetting sauces on online drive-through orders. However, other staff are amazing; a young lady who takes orders is the sweetest and takes great care of customers, and the entire crew at one visit was absolutely amazing with the best service. The restaurant is very clean and nice, with clean bathrooms. Food quality varies: the grilled cheese is a frequent choice, and Zaxby boxes have pretty decent chicken strips but are hardly any sort of money well spent for the amount. The zax pack big box was lacking a bit in fries. Food can take about 30 minutes but arrives fresh and hot. One experience was PERFECT, with sweet staff and food on point.
