It’s been so long since I’ve eaten here and I forgot why. I got a reminder today. Ordered a large Monster Burger combo because it used to be one of my favorites. Food actually came out fairly quickly. While waiting for the red light to change I decided to grab a fry, big mistake. The one fry I grabbed was cool, hard and tasted stale. The morning crew are rude and racist I have been going for years but would rather starve than to treated that way.
Tonight at just before 6 pm I went to drive thru and no one acknowledged me until I said "hello" then I got the usual flat unwelcoming response "order when ready" I scan menu and simply asked "Do you have a spicy chicken sandwich" no response so I asked again , just to get the rude reply"NO!" YELLED at me. I was taken aback by that and proceeded to say don't yell at me and instead of an apology all I got was a loud and rude reply of ""OH WELL!""
