“Honey, it’s sweater weather season and that means oversized sweatsuits and stuffing our faces. I’ve just recently found ya’ll and OH MY GOSH! What a little slice of delight (or whole pan of delight!! 🫠) I’m now obsessed and my husband is on his way to pick up our order now……. At Uncle G’s, there’s no such thing as “ordering too much”…. There’s never enough for me…. I could eat the whole dang Cool It Down! I mean, holyyy molyyyy!!! Anyways…. I’m wiping drool off my screen and it’s time to throw my sweatpants on soooo…. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕“

“first of all, we ordered the wings with the garlic Parmesan sauce on the side, a bacon cheeseburger, and the pulled pork cheese fries. it was all absolutely delicious. after finishing all of our food, she came back in and brought me another order of wings because she wasn't completely satisfied with the way the first order came out. both orders were absolutely delicious! can't wait to try them again because my husband had the pulled pork fries and he only let me have a couple bites😪“

“Swung by this place around 9pm and was throughly impressed! I ordered 3 tacos (carnitas, Al pastor, campechano) and they were fantastic. All were well filled and surprising very hot and fresh even at this hour. I actually had to let them cool off after almost burning my mouth on the Al pastor. I will definitely be back to try some lengua/beef cheek tacos and would recommend this truck over a few others I’ve had in town!“

“I'm not saying City Bowls is the best thing since sliced bread, but I'm not not saying that either. I mean, have you ever had a smoothie that's so good it'll make you wanna sing? No? Just me? Okay, moving on. The pitaya, strawberry, and apple juice base was like a tropical vacation in a bowl, and the toppings were like the fun activities you do on said vacation - pineapple, mango, raspberries, blackberries, and dried goji berries, oh my! And don't even get me started on the gluten-free granola, fresh shaved coconut, honey drizzle, and bee pollen sprinkle - it was like the cherry on top of a sundae (or in this case, the bee pollen on top of a smoothie bowl). But seriously, after eating this, I felt like a new person - more alert, sharper focus, and my back and knees were like 'what inflammation?' So yeah, you guys need to try this place, it's the real deal.“
