Great Customer Service! They are often understaffed but they are always quick to say hello and make sure you know they are there to help. You might find a dirty table now and again when a rush comes through but this place is very clean!! I can't even imagine what prompted the bad customer service unless someone was eating their yogurt before it was weighed but even then they will remind that signs are posted and it's just not allowed. Ignore all the bad reviews, we all know the older people in Helena need more naps 😂 this place is wonderful! We have been to yogurt mountain a lot and it’s always just ok. Top it off has better flavors and better customer service! A great place for the whole family! ❤️ you have to try the dole whip!!!
