I came in to get food for me and my kids to take home. They were busy, but I will say this I will NOT be back. I don’t support businesses who allow me to yell at women/girls. That’s NOT okay especially with how busy it was his name was “Robert” and I hope he gets fired bc that was beyond ridiculous in front of other people he would yell at that girl. Sounds like Jacks needs to to sweep Robert right on out the door and tell him to put his nasty attitude...read full review
Terrible service. Had a child serve my food. Family drama with staff in the parking lot. Food was all wrong and cold. It only gets one star because I had to give it one.
I’m 100% convinced the employees hate onions and people that order extra onions. 9 out of 10 times you order extra onions, you get home and check the receipt to find “no onions” printed on the receipt and no onions inside your burger. After giving 100+ chances to receive a correct order, I’m done. I’ll drive a few extra miles to Snead where they always get your order correct.
