This was our best service ever in
Holly Pond, Al Jacks. Cody is the manager he Came from the Gadston jacks. He brings such an an excitement to the atmosphere in in Jackson Holly Pond he’s happy he’s joyful. He comes out and make sure the food is up to our standards and not Jack standards. Please don’t never get rid of him. He’s a keeper and the food was excellent. Went through early one morning and had an issue with my card and without hesitation the Assistant Manager Robert Presley was kind and patient and told me not to worry about it. Even when I called to bring a different form of payment for the 1.06 I owed he declined and told me not to worry. It’s truly hard to find great Customer service managers that take care of their customers. Thank you Robert for being so kind and patient!
