Went through early one morning and had an issue with my card and without hesitation the Assistant Manager Robert Presley was kind and patient and told me not to worry about it. Even when I called to bring a different form of payment for the 1.06 I owed he declined and told me not to worry. It’s truly hard to find great Customer service managers that take care of their customers. Thank you Robert for being so kind and patient!

This location has had its ups and downs over the past 6 months and service has suffered significantly. But tonight was like a brand new location. Robert exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend him for a performance bonus if applicable.
