“I am rarely dissatisfied when I order from this store. They are usually very fast and have always been very friendly. The inconsistencies with the same order on different days is the only issue I have ever not been happy with. Toppings, both quantity and placement, are over the place and are rarely similar with aI prefer my pizza double baked (one of the available options when ordering with the app) and I have gotten pizzas that don’t seem to be fully cooked the first time though they sometimes are perfect. I’ve never had one overcooked, however. I usually trying to put a note for my driver in the comment section but just the other day, My driver said she didn’t notice that comment until just she was handing me the pizza — fortunately it was cooked perfectly.“

“Caroline really makes this Hattie B’s a wonderful experience right from the very start! She is kind and is so helpful explaining the menu! First impression 11/10! I ordered the sandwich with a side of bacon grits and both were fantastic! I would highly recommend coming here if you visit Nashville. “Leaving gym to go eat our prepped dinner when a delightful aroma caught us by surprise. Went to window shop, and could not resist trying something. Staff was friendly and Sam was awesome, throwing in extra sauces and fries I forgot to add.

Then we got the food: it legitimately looks like something out of a dolled up commercial, with a delightful taste to boot. We will 100% be eating here again and recommending friends, thank you Sam and chefs for giving us a great meal and experience!“
