“I am rarely dissatisfied when I order from this store. They are usually very fast and have always been very friendly. The inconsistencies with the same order on different days is the only issue I have ever not been happy with. Toppings, both quantity and placement, are over the place and are rarely similar with aI prefer my pizza double baked (one of the available options when ordering with the app) and I have gotten pizzas that don’t seem to be fully cooked the first time though they sometimes are perfect. I’ve never had one overcooked, however. I usually trying to put a note for my driver in the comment section but just the other day, My driver said she didn’t notice that comment until just she was handing me the pizza — fortunately it was cooked perfectly.“

“This was my first time at any Hattie B's. Now I know what all the talk is about. This is the best chain (maybe any kind) of bone in fried chicken I have had. You can tell it is cooked fresh. Nice crust. They offer various levels of heat. I chose medium (3rd on the scale). It was a little too hot for my liking. I will drop down to mild next time. I got the half bird so I could try both the dark and white meat. Both were good, but the dark meat wins out. The white was just a touch dry in spots (juicy overall). For sides, I got the potato salad and the black eyed pea salad. Both were good, but the potato salad wins. I wish they had hot black peas, mash potatoes with gravy, and rice as gravy as options, but they do not. They did have mac and cheese and fries as options. My friend got those and gave them high marks. Another added benefit is this chicken reheats great in an air fryer. The staff were friendly. We were there around 7:30 at night. It was a good crowd (mainly college aged) there. It is a nice area right near St. Vincent's Women and Children's Hospital.“

“Leaving gym to go eat our prepped dinner when a delightful aroma caught us by surprise. Went to window shop, and could not resist trying something. Staff was friendly and Sam was awesome, throwing in extra sauces and fries I forgot to add.

Then we got the food: it legitimately looks like something out of a dolled up commercial, with a delightful taste to boot. We will 100% be eating here again and recommending friends, thank you Sam and chefs for giving us a great meal and experience!“
