I just want to give a huge shout-out to Derrius in the drive-thru! He was so pleasant, polite, and genuinely kind. His great customer service truly made my day, and that goes such a long way especially in times like these. I really appreciate his positive attitude and the way he treated me with care and respect. Customers recommend trying the wagyu bacon ranch and blueberry lemonade for a delightful meal. The staff, including a very hospitable lady at the front, ensures a great experience. She shared the history of the tree in the glass section and even helped an elderly man carry his food to his car. Despite some minor issues with drive-thru service, Arby's stands out for its delicious food and pleasant atmosphere, making it a great choice for a satisfying meal. They have a variety of meats unlike the Arby's near the interstate which was out of roast beef and bacon.
