Drive up to restaurant, dining room closed with no notice. Online orders only and MUST pick up via drive thru. So place online order, app says ready at 12:10, get in drive thru line at 12:05. Well there are 15 cars in front. If one of those cars got in line “early” before their food is ready, EVERYONE behind them is stuck in line while their food gets cold in the restaurant. It is now 12:30 and I still have 6 cars in front of me.
Out of cooked veggies, cilantro, and chicken. poor management and lazy workers
I love Chipotle, but this is the worst food I have ever picked up!!!
The chicken was cooked too fast! It is raw on the inside and burned on the outside!!!
The Chips and guacamole was missing the chips!
The fajita veggies were not cooked. Raw and crunchy!!!
The salad dressing top was not on properly; therefore, it wasted in my car!!!
