Fresh Fries!
Sat at the drive thru for 2 full mins before I skipped it and drove to the window. Nobody came to the mic.
Now the food was great and the service at the final window was wonderful but you need to not leave customers sitting at the menu without greeting them

This location must have got new management I stopped there today usually Im at the speaker for at least 10 minutes but today a friendly voice came on as soon as she finished the other order.That was a big plus to customers.Just because you work at fast food chain you still have speak to people nice whatever was going before you got to work leave that person at home.

McDonald's accepts orders through kiosks and has friendly staff who serve fresh food. However, there have been instances where the fries were served cold, which was not enjoyable for the customer. A staff member named Quan received praise for his excellent service and friendly personality. It is suggested that all workers at this location be trained to be as friendly and welcoming as Quan.
