I was on my way to be a guest on the Blerd Survival Guide podcast and I had a little time to kill so I popped up over to The Electric after being told many times to try it. So what are the odds that this place was only 3 minutes from my destination!

Visiting here from Pittsburgh, Pa. Great little sandwich shop…had the Camilla. I have to say it was the best sandwich I’ve ever had! Friendly atmosphere and wonderful service. I will be back on my next visit!!!

The Electric - Bluff Park is a neighborhood gem serving fabulous sandwiches and more. Favorites include the turkey Ruben, PBLT, Chicken Camilla sandwich, French onion soup, and the spark burger. Sides like Mac and Slaw are delicious. The BBQ bacon kettle chips appetizer is amazing. The cow tipper flatbread and Islander flatbread (customized with a hot honey drizzle) are great, though flatbread toppings like pineapples are canned. The pub sub is served hot and loaded with meat. It is a cool little place with bar and hangout vibes, retro video games, a spacious patio, and plenty of drink options including cocktails. Service is fast, pleasant, and incredibly friendly. The location is on weekly rotation for many, as the food, location, and people are enjoyed so much. It is perfect for lunch, happy hour, and close to home social nights.
