I’ve always loved Wendy’s, but the food has gone downhill every time I go there it gets worse the bun at this location in Hueytown the last three or four times we’ve gotten it has been so stale that it crumbles and the chicken nuggets are always burnt. I’m only giving this review because I want Wendy’s to see this and make their food good like it used to be. use fresh bread and and serve a hot burger not a cold one. It has been over a year since I've been here, I came on opening day, I decided to give it a second chance today. The health dept rating just came out so I was pleased with the score so I said let me see. Husband and I came on August 2nd a little after 9pm. All 3 of our jr cheeseburgers were COLD! Hungry for supper so I roll in and order a triple all the way, LG fries & drink and a LG chocolate frosty to chase everything down.
I'm dying now! A double would have been sufficient. Everything was great and great friendly employees. Thanks yall but don't let me do that next time I drop in.

Food was ok the first go around but the kid meal chicken nuggets & fries & small coke make their daughter sick, she threw up in the bathroom and they are not eating there again. The smell was horrible and knocked them down as they walked through the door, they had to leave. The woman at the window was nice and polite but the food was a 1 and the AI order taker at the screen gave a bad experience. The manager was real nice and told them to call back if any more problems happens.
