Today is my daughter's birthday and I wanted to bring her her favorite and called to speak to a manager as her lunch is at 11... and they don't have lunch until 1030 and I wouldn't have time to get her food and drive all the way in time... I was hoping for a kind person to make it 10 to 15 minutes early and he didn't even try said we don't do lunch until then... didnt even see what I wanted... its a shame u couldn't make a little girl happy on her birthday... just crappy and unkind!!!
I was charged twice for the same order. I was told to check back in 3 to 5 business days . To see if one of the charges fall off my debit card.
For some reason, it didn't go through on their end..and was sorry for the inconvenience..the Manager name was Heather. Wow thats what I call great customer service! lol
Worse chic fil a I've EVER been to.
All those people up front and they can never put a top on the drink correctly.
Fries are ALWAYS rubbery and chicken sandwiches ALWAYS sweaty.
I've tried to give them chance after chance and it's NEVER RIGHT.
