We came through last night (Monday). We specifically asked about the new spicy grilled filet and if it is grilled on the same grill as the regular grilled filet, as our son is Celiac and cannot have the spicy. Do NOT go to this Chick-fil-A if you want to not receive what you paid for & never get a refund. I have tried contacting this store countless times for refund. I paid $10.34 for a Cobb Salad with chicken and I received a side salad with no chicken. Corporate told me they can’t issue the refund & they keep escalating it. 90% of the time, it takes an absurd amount of time to get through the line here. At 3:00 today, I was in the line for 30 minutes. And this is the usual experience there. And the few times it doesn’t take forever, they usually leave out sauces. This location does not live up to the usual standard of what we have come to expect from Chick Fil A.
