Great addition to the south Huntsville BBQ scene. Beans were rich, sweet and molasses-y. Pulled chicken sandwich was juicy with a great smoky flavor with tangy white BBQ sauce.
I had the smoked chicken leg & thigh with collard greens and corn pudding. The chicken was perfectly smokey & tender with a delicious spice rub. Four different bbq sauces were available at the table for added flavor. The corn pudding was the texture of a cobbler and quite yummy. The turnip greens were cooked to a perfect tenderness and had a nice amount of bbq pork pieces in them, but they were way too salty.
