After messing up our water delivery MULTIPLE times, and reaching out MULTIPLE times to no avail I decided to finally cancel our account after almost 2 years of doing business. Truly not worth the headache. I have asked for an update on when they can pick up our empty bottles over and over and over again and was told a certain date.
