Ordered pizza at 5:45 for delivery. At 6:12 order said in quality check. At 6:35 still in quality check. I called the store and girl that answered said my order was next to go out in 15 minutes for delivery. At 7:15 order still in quality check. I got in my car and went to store. I asked the girl to refund my 5.00 tip and the delivery fee. She said I can’t do that. Getting a new manager would be a big improvement.
Eating at 10::00pm when you ordered at 6:45pm is not good customer service. Seriously…the food should be free at that point. It is not fresh when it gets to you. If you can’t find help, why don’t you do like Pizza Hut down the road and use Door Dash? I would rather order from Dominoes than any other pizza place, but not anymore. This has happened too many times.
