Pizza is great other than substituting mushrooms for steak on Philly cheese steak pizza. That really needs to stop.
Friendly staff, long wait time
This location was fine. Service was good, order was ready on time, and the staff seamed on top of it. However, getting in and out of the business' parking lot at dinner time is rough. Food was fine as far as preparation and appearance but Papa John's has definitely changed some recipe somewhere since the last time I had it.

Papa John's Pizza offers decent pizza, with Lexi being praised for her pizza-making skills. The customer service is commendable, although lighting in the outdoor pickup area needs improvement. An extra pizza was accidentally given, but promptly returned. Overall, a satisfactory pizza experience.
