So I had noticed on your website you were promoting 1 Pizza 1 topping for 7.99 carryout special so I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza and a cup of sauce, when I get there you wanted to charge me over 18 dollars for the order. I asked why it was so much but guy at the window seemed to have no clue what I was talking about so I show him the web page with the ad and all he could offer was a 10 percent discount and that you don't have any carryout special. Horrible customer service. I ordered pizza online and prepaid for pickup. The estimated wait time wasn’t long so I headed to the store shortly after placing my order. I got to the pickup window maybe 20 minutes after the predicted time frame the order would be ready and was told it would be at least another 30-45 minutes. So I asked to cancel the order.
