My burgers were so cold I could put them on my face. Terrible terrible. I won’t be back
I've been to this location twice and will never go back. I never understood why this location was always empty when I drove by but now I do.
On the 18th we put in an order online and scheduled for pick up at 6:45. We ordered $33 worth of food. When we got there, after waiting in an empty drive thru, they tell us that they're out of most of what we ordered, so we asked them to cancel the order. They closed the window and we left. Based on the reviews, Jack's Family Restaurant serves good biscuits, including a Pork Chop biscuit with pork chops bigger around than the biscuits and a fresh biscuit sandwich. The food is fine for what it is, but there are issues. The service in the drive-through is always insanely slow, especially in the mornings, although one visit had a nice young lady with a joyful attitude. A common problem is they always forget the egg on the biscuit, happening way too many times. One order had a milkshake that was very watery and didn't taste good at all. Overall, the food is good, but customers should make sure to look before leaving due to missing items and slow service.
