Fuego is a restaurant known for its authentic Mexican cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and attentive service, with many mentions of waitstaff who are nice and helpful in explaining the menu. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including Mole Poblano and Quesabirria, which are highly praised for their flavor and tenderness. The owner, Enrique, is described as very nice and proud of the regional origins of the food. The food is generally seen as fantastic, with many guests enjoying each other's meals and highlighting the quality of the chicken and the flavors in the dishes. The creamy jalapeno dip and soft serve Margaritas are also favorites, with the latter noted for its strong alcohol taste. The ambiance is described as beautiful, and some guests received special touches like a rose upon departure. While most reviews highlight delicious food and good drinks, a few found the food to be mediocre and less flavorful compared to other local restaurants. Overall, Fuego is recommended for its authentic flavors, friendly service, and enjoyable experience, with many guests planning to return.
