I ordered the baja roll and the love wheel roll. Both of them were out of this world good. I had a craving for sushi and Fuji delivered beyond my expectations. Thank you so much guys for making amazing food keep it up. Im Already looking forward to more.
My wife and I almost exclusively cook at home, but this is the one restaurant we keep going back to. About once a month we get an absurd amount of sushi for the two of us because we could never match the quality and price-point of the sushi if we made it at home. We haven't dined in here since before COVID, so I can't speak to how that is now, but the quality of the sushi is as good as it's always been. The place is in a plaza and has good parking space available. The miso soup has rich flavor. The soft crab was mostly hard breading. The salmon was good. The atmosphere of the place was ok.
