Full Moon Bar-B-Que Reviews
Great food; great service! Just wish I had gotten a little more BBQ sauce on my sandwich, but it was still a good experience, overall!
Just found this place because of an article about its BBQ being the best in the state and they weren't kidding. Their BBQ is phenomenal. The staff were extremely helpful and polite & They put some SUGAR in there sweet tea! Will be a regular here.

2nd visit to Full Moon. Overall - underwhelming. Ribs were lukewarm, bland, without Smokey flavor and way too much pepper which failed to mask the other shortcomings. Sides of potato salad and collard greens were good. Baked beans were average. Turkey with a dollop on bbq sauce didn’t look appealing and tasted only slightly better. Overall, food certainly didn’t seem freshly prepared on site but rather processed and shipped in. Feel I’m being generous at...read full review

Full Moon Bar-B-Que is a restaurant with a variety of experiences reported by customers. The service is described as trouble free, with one employee named Heavenly ensuring nothing was missing from an order. The restaurant is a cute place with large TVs, lots of seating, and is wheelchair accessible.
The food receives mixed feedback. The pulled-pork sandwich is a standout, with a generous portion of pork, soft bun, and wonderful chow chow, leaving customers satisfied when paired with baked beans. The fried green tomatoes are stellar, and the mac and cheese is creamy and yummy. The deviled eggs and sweet tea are also good. However, the BBQ can be a touch dry, and the large baked potato does not come buttered. The brisket is described as awful by one reviewer, with a small serving that was mostly fat, while another insists it is "Alsom." The spare ribs are better than the baby back ribs, but the sauces are not good, with the house sauce being really salty and the white sauce tasting like ranch dressing. Overall, the food is fine and not expensive, with a variety of meats and sides, and homemade pie or cake to top off a meal.
