“I’ve always had great experiences at this restaurant, with delicious food and top-notch service. However, today was a little different. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my meal as much as I usually do, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The waitress and manager were incredibly kind, checking in with me to ensure everything was okay. When I mentioned my disappointment, they went above and beyond, offering to take the dish off my tab and even suggested sending me home with something else to make up for it. It’s rare to see such attentive and caring service, and it’s a big reason why I’ll continue coming back. Truly amazing customer service!“

“My husband and I grew up in upstate NY so we know what real Italian pizza should taste like. Grimaldi’s certainly delivered. The pizza was exactly as we remembered. I must compliment our waitress Emma who was top notch. She was very attentive and gracious. We certainly will return again to enjoy their very delicious pizza.“

“Huntsville Location.. Yes I recommend this restaurant but there’s a But. We visited the Huntsville location last night at 5PM. We waited 15 minutes to get drinks. Then another 15 minutes to get a drink that was forgotten and finally place our food order. Our appetizer came out cold around 6 PM. They quickly remade it and had really good flavor. Our pizza was piping hot with good flavor but it was around 6:20. Yes it was busy and thankfully we weren’t in a hurry. But To have returning Customers, do not let customers wait for close to 1.5 hours for food and not have their drinks refilled. A few staff members were working very hard together and a lot of staff members lacked any sense of urgency or willingness to help their fellow employees out. Management was lacking last night.“

“Last night, we went to Bravo Italian Kitchen for dinner, and it was delicious. I told my hubby he picked a nice place. I haven't been completely satisfied with a meal in a restaurant in a long time. We left saying we will definitely be back. We had Eggplant Parmesan, Alfredo Chicken, a cup of Lobster Bisque soup, Caesar salad, and bread dipped in seasoned olive oil with iced tea. Of course, we always taste each other's food so we can experience it all. We found a good spot, and the vibe and atmosphere were on point. When I remembered to take pictures we had already started eating ☺️🫶🏽“

“Literally the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. My husband and I agree that we’ve never had pizza like this anywhere else. It’s genuinely just the best tasting. AND I usually only like super thick, doughy pizzas. This pizza is average thickness and is airy which is a texture I usually hate. But for whatever reason, how ever they make this pizza, it’s actually incredible this way. Idk man. Get the pizza tho.“

“Our server Candy (I hope I got her name correct, I could've misheard her) was awesome. We were on a date and our babysitter's time was almost up and we let our server know and she did everything to get us out the door as quickly as possible with everything we needed. Very happy with the experience even if we only got to eat the salad, bread sticks, and calamari in the restaurant. Husband did say he wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom though.

“I’m so thrilled to leave a second review for this wonderful restaurant. This was my second time going and again my experience was extremely enjoyable. My server for tonight was Tyler. The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. Our money was well spent as we left as very satisfied customers. Thank you!“

“It's a little hole in the wall pizza shop. They have lots of other yummy options, too. The dining area could use a little TLC and you may have to wait for someone to come to the counter but their pizza is great fresh and I keep going back!

Kid-friendliness: The dining area is not usually busy, so while it's not really kid-friendly, you're not as likely to bother others if you bring kids.“
