“First time trying Amerigo and we really liked it. The Chicken Margarite and Lasagna were incredible! It’s a great little date night spot, not too fancy but not too casual. Our server was friendly but we could have used a few more refills on water. The prices were reasonable for the portions. We will be back!“

“My husband and I grew up in upstate NY so we know what real Italian pizza should taste like. Grimaldi’s certainly delivered. The pizza was exactly as we remembered. “Huntsville Location.. Yes I recommend this restaurant but there’s a But. We visited the Huntsville location last night at 5PM. We waited 15 minutes to get drinks. Then another 15 minutes to get a drink that was forgotten and finally place our food order. Our appetizer came out cold around 6 PM. They quickly remade it and had really good flavor. Our pizza was piping hot with good flavor but it was around 6:20. Yes it was busy and thankfully we weren’t in a hurry. But To have returning Customers, do not let customers wait for close to 1.5 hours for food and not have their drinks refilled. A few staff members were working very hard together and a lot of staff members lacked any sense of urgency or willingness to help their fellow employees out. Management was lacking last night.“

“We went to Nicks this past Friday night and they did not disappoint! I could have cut the filet mignon with a spoon it was so tender, best ever!! And the service was excellent!! It’s a well kept secret for the locals!! We’ll be back for sure!!“

“Last night, we went to Bravo Italian Kitchen for dinner, and it was delicious. I told my hubby he picked a nice place. I haven't been completely satisfied with a meal in a restaurant in a long time. We left saying we will definitely be back. We had Eggplant Parmesan, Alfredo Chicken, a cup of Lobster Bisque soup, Caesar salad, and bread dipped in seasoned olive oil with iced tea. Of course, we always taste each other's food so we can experience it all. We found a good spot, and the vibe and atmosphere were on point. When I remembered to take pictures we had already started eating ☺️🫶🏽“

“Literally the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. My husband and I agree that we’ve never had pizza like this anywhere else. It’s genuinely just the best tasting. AND I usually only like super thick, doughy pizzas. This pizza is average thickness and is airy which is a texture I usually hate. But for whatever reason, how ever they make this pizza, it’s actually incredible this way. Idk man. Get the pizza tho.“

The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. “It's a little hole in the wall pizza shop. They have lots of other yummy options, too. The dining area could use a little TLC and you may have to wait for someone to come to the counter but their pizza is great fresh and I keep going back!

Kid-friendliness: The dining area is not usually busy, so while it's not really kid-friendly, you're not as likely to bother others if you bring kids.“
