I got my replacement order for a wrong order. It was also wrong, I called and was very nice even playfull about it. Matt told me if I drove 30 min back up there he would put the meat on my sandwich that was supposed to be there in the first place. Y’all so busy doing app orders that you push the customers inside literally to the side. And the attitude they give after they mess up your order is out of this world. Not to mention some have face masks under their noses. Would rather drive to Madison. Y’all couldn’t pay me enough to go back to this location. Signed irritated restaurant GM.
Failed to make my #42 sandwich and another woman’s #42. They made one and gave it to the woman and I had to ask about mine. When I ask, they wanted to argue that they gave it to someone else. Service is terrible and slow. Staff acts like they don’t want to be there working. Rule #1: don’t argue or make excuses with or to the customer; #2: make the item quickly and express your apologies for the miscommunication of the staff.
