You don't expect to find a place that feels like family 4,000 miles from where you live. But that’s exactly what Ravenwood Meadery at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment in Huntsville, Alabama, has become for me.

A couple of years ago, I found myself becoming increasingly introverted and barely left the house. Then I discovered Ravenwood, and I quickly became part of a community I never imagined I’d find.
Even though I don’t typically drink alcohol, I found several of the handmade, authentic meads they offer that I absolutely love. And while the meads are amazing, the specialty cocktails are definitely my favorite!
