Big cove sonic when I pulled up to the order kiosk was out of order so I moved to another and that one was out of order without a sign on it . Then I moved to another one and the card reader was down on that one . And there was no sign on it either. Then I had to wait for me food for over 28 minutes. And the chicken fingers are NOT chicken fingers it is pressed chicken . Disgusting. I thought my food away .

Food and drinks are typically good on the other hand the service is terrible they are not friendly especially Natasha also don’t go through their drive trough unless you want to fix your car they do not take care of the place at all

I see the big change at this location fast and friendly service. I ordered 4 meals everything was fresh and hot. I can't remember others names so the ones that worked with Courtney a few nights ago you all are awesome!!! Keep up the great work 👍🏼
My fiancé and I just left with my 5 year old brother. The childish acting woman that took our order was 1 very rude. 2 messed the whole thing up and acted like it was our fault When we got to the window and I was given the wrong shake I said “this was supposed to be a cheesecake shake we told her that and she said yeah it will be it’s just gonna be ring up differently” and the guy says okay I’ll fix it and then the woman came to the and said “it was supposed to be a cheesecake one not this one and I said yes she closed the window and then threw her hands up and started shaking her head. And was very rude the whole time. Idk who is in charge of this shift but something needs to change. By far the worst sonic I have been too.

This Sonic location in particular has very timely service and the food has always met my expectations each visit I make. The staff is also polite and willing to help with any problems you may have with your order, errors with the drive-in screens, etc. I have only had positive experiences here, so I would recommend this location to anyone near the Hamptom Cove and Huntsville area.

Stopped in today for lunch prior to the start of our road trip, the food was great. But the service was the best I’ve ever seen at sonic. Food was just flowing out the door. The General Manager Chris, was hand delivering food and taking orders. Being in the trenches with his employees. You could tell what a leader he really is. The lady that served us I wish I would have gotten her name. She was blonde. She’s going places if she keeps her work ethic and attitude up. 10/10 recommend. Wi definitely be back.
