Tater totes was extremely hard and had an off taste. My kids fries tasted awful as well like grease hadn’t been changed and been sitting a while. I got a BLT as well a little off but was hungry so ate. Now I’m nauseated. Probably have food poisoning now.

Me and my wife stopped for a quick bite. No one was in the stalls and we were the only people in the drive through. Food took 10-15 minutes to come out. The food was not fixed correctly and you could tell it had been sitting a while. You’d think when you take nearly 15 minutes to serve the only two people there, you would atleast get it right and the food would be fresh. Now I understand why no one else was there to get food. Worst sonic experience and will not be back.

Stopped at sonic in Owens Cross Rd , AL. First red flag I should have payed attention to was that they were only do drive-through or orders through the app. I was the second vehicle in the drive-through and waited for 10 minutes before I was able to pull up to the window. Got home to to start eating and my BLT barely had any bacon on it. Refer to the picture. Onion rings were hard as a rock and couldn’t be eaten. This is the worst food I have gotten from sonic!

No idea what the deal was, but whoever was on the headset was super rude. I ordered online and parked into place to pick it up, and she said there was no order under that name. Having a crew in the car with me waiting to eat at the time and while the lady on the headset wasn’t offering any advice, I asked if I could show someone my receipt instead.Said last sighs dramatically into the microphone and says “Hold on.” After waiting longer, she asks what our order was. I don’t usually put up reviews, but this Sonic has gone pretty downhill in terms of customer service. The food was okay.

If I could choose zero stars that's what the 2nd shift at store #5033 deserves for the subpar customer service I received. I'm an African American female and I'm embarrassed and livid at how the black ghetto female treated me at the restaurant. I'm so mad because we work so hard to be respected by other ethnic groups but treat each other like what we despise the most. I pressed the red button for service, the African American female comes on, I began to place my order, she interrupts, "give me a second" in a very rude and nasty tone. Ask for manager no one answered. Drove around to drive thru window. African American female with headset/ glasses and white female looks at me and turns there backs. I honk the horn, black female comes to window, I ask for manager, she yells "friend". She wants a manager. She began to laugh hysterically. Black male manager was no better than her, to whom she address as "friend" came over in a very relaxed don't give a f*** demeanor. I explained how poor the customer services was that I received, reciprocated the energy and drove off! Never will come back to this ghetto establishment!

I’m not sure why and how this place is still even open. Poor management, poor staff, food quality is bad, and the Blizzards that Sonics is known for is usually unavailable because the machine is often not working. Site is usually closed well before closing hours. The times they are open, service is very slow. Made the mistake of going to this location recently just for a Blizzard and of course the machine was down. As someone who frequently is in Hampton Cove, don’t waste your time and money here.
