Starbucks in Huntsville

“The employees are good, some are over soliciting to say the least but management & especially the day to day staff are so accommodating and fast as well as helpful and patient, I believe one barista was a shift lead, short for the young lady did everything with professionalism & charm, she made me feel extremely comfortable welcome & not embarrassed, Starbucks should take notice of these employees & make them the priority over $ because they do both & more ☺️☕🍵🫖🧋

Parking: The drive thru could use double help though the current crew kicks butt, it shouldn't have too considering the funaminal service they bust their butts to maintain, totally out of the job job description 💜🎉

Kid-friendliness: ABSOLUTELY, HUMAN & CANINE/FELINE, From non caffeinated "big boy" drinks & ALL FAMOUS PUP CUPS🐕🐩🐈🐈‍⬛🦮🐕‍🦺

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not sure about a wheelchair accessible ramp, but the spaces that are wheelchair friendly, though not over the top, it is accessible, not a large # of spaces or space size & curbside should be a little clearer & easy to use Especially FOR THE DISABLED But 8 docha e Hope & Faith that Domino's will see these issues as an humanitarian issue & re think some major issues could & will improve the over all Domino's Pizza Experience 🍕🍕🥗🍪“

“I came through the drive thru line like I do every morning after dropping my kids off at work. I'm not sure of the young lady's name that served me at the window, she was blonde, but she was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! I ordered my usual skinny vanilla latte and a vanilla scone for my 2 year old and when I pulled up to the window to pay I had forgotten that my 2 year old had taken my wallet out of my purse. So I pulled up to the window and told her that I left my wallet at home and I'll have to come back and re-order my items. She told me not to worry about it because they were already making the coffee and they already bagged my son's scone!!! I thought that was so incredibly generous of her!!!! I did come back later in the day and ordered another coffee and paid for the order earlier in the day! Thank you so much for your kindness.“

“I love picking up orders here for Door Dash. Friendly, hard working staff. Love the atmosphere, always welcoming. They get the many orders ready quickly, no delayed times for online and delivery orders. They get it filled quickly unlike Sonic or Papa John's where you wait forever. This Starbuck's is very efficient and it has excellent teamwork among employees.“

“First time at a Starbucks and the cashier Tianna was super patient and sweet. She made me feel welcomed and it was a good feeling to see her taking her health seriously. (She wore a hair net, and a mask) I’m so happy she was welcoming and caring. Keep her around.Edit:Went back today, and Shiniah was absolutely amazing. Who ever is hiring your morning staff is doing a great job. My experience with this location has been great. The drinks I order were nice too, but I highly value human interaction.“

“I order a drink and after waiting a while I spoke with and employee (I believe her name was Brandi) and the believe someone accidentally took my drink and to fix it they quickly made me a new drink and gave me a gift card for the trouble, best Starbucks I have ever been too“

“Love my Starbucks and they are awesome but they do tend to get a little busy which cause me to not want to go. But they are getting better and speeding up service and still serving hot fresh coffee or icy cold coffee which ever you prefer. :)“

“Location is right bear the door so its a little odd to sit and relax, but the service totally makes up for it, quick concise and friendly, have only been going in for two weeks and my coffee was ready for me by the time i got to the register. Thoroughly impressed with the employees and their training manager“

“I love this place. I place my order on the app and it ready with in the time frame. I love Claire and one man I forget his name, but he wears the glasses. I just love them to pieces. But today it was a different experience. Who ever the woman is at the window taking orders today is rude and I don’t like that. I know how my order should be because I get the same thing everyday I got there. She rings my order up wrong and gets an attitude when I’m at the window when pays me out and I look at my Receipt and she rang it wrong. Hands me my drink with an attitude and I said thank you she rolls her eyes. Never had a bad one until today. But that location is my favorite one so for Claire and the rest you will have my business all day every day“
