“I generally look for mom and pop cafes, but needed to sit and work in the area and I was so pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere of this location! I was able to get my cappuccino in a mug rather than cardboard, the staff was great, there were plenty of seats, and the flavor was on point!“

“KAYLB is the BEST BARISTA I have ever gotten a Starbucks drink from…and believe me, my drinks are NOT REGULAR they always have 2-3 extra ingredients and it’s always marvelous…every Barista in Airport Rd location (800) in Huntsville, AL is amazing, PERIOD!“

“I came through the drive thru line like I do every morning after dropping my kids off at work. I'm not sure of the young lady's name that served me at the window, she was blonde, but she was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! I ordered my usual skinny vanilla latte and a vanilla scone for my 2 year old and when I pulled up to the window to pay I had forgotten that my 2 year old had taken my wallet out of my purse. So I pulled up to the window and told her that I left my wallet at home and I'll have to come back and re-order my items. She told me not to worry about it because they were already making the coffee and they already bagged my son's scone!!! I thought that was so incredibly generous of her!!!! I did come back later in the day and ordered another coffee and paid for the order earlier in the day! Thank you so much for your kindness.“

“First time at a Starbucks and the cashier Tianna was super patient and sweet. She made me feel welcomed and it was a good feeling to see her taking her health seriously. (She wore a hair net, and a mask) I’m so happy she was welcoming and caring. Keep her around.Edit:Went back today, and Shiniah was absolutely amazing. Who ever is hiring your morning staff is doing a great job. My experience with this location has been great. The drinks I order were nice too, but I highly value human interaction.“

“Love my Starbucks and they are awesome but they do tend to get a little busy which cause me to not want to go. But they are getting better and speeding up service and still serving hot fresh coffee or icy cold coffee which ever you prefer. :)“

“I don't usually dine in but the few times I have its been nice to get coffee and get some work done in a clean friendly atmosphere.

My food and drinks are always pretty good and what more can you ask for than consistent service? 5 stars from me.“

“Location is right bear the door so its a little odd to sit and relax, but the service totally makes up for it, quick concise and friendly, have only been going in for two weeks and my coffee was ready for me by the time i got to the register. “I love this place. I place my order on the app and it ready with in the time frame. I love Claire and one man I forget his name, but he wears the glasses. I just love them to pieces. But today it was a different experience. Who ever the woman is at the window taking orders today is rude and I don’t like that. I know how my order should be because I get the same thing everyday I got there. She rings my order up wrong and gets an attitude when I’m at the window when pays me out and I look at my Receipt and she rang it wrong. Hands me my drink with an attitude and I said thank you she rolls her eyes. Never had a bad one until today. But that location is my favorite one so for Claire and the rest you will have my business all day every day“
