“Incredible baristas!! Alex, Jessica, and Q were AMAZING TODAY!!! I messed up my wife’s order, got it home, and the deviation became real :( I drove all the way back to re order “correctly,” ready to repay and the team members named came to my rescue. They decided to completely make my day and comped my re-order free of charge. WOW!!! Thank you Alex, Jessica, and Q. You’ve made me a hero today lol. “I came through the drive thru line like I do every morning after dropping my kids off at work. I'm not sure of the young lady's name that served me at the window, she was blonde, but she was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! I ordered my usual skinny vanilla latte and a vanilla scone for my 2 year old and when I pulled up to the window to pay I had forgotten that my 2 year old had taken my wallet out of my purse. So I pulled up to the window and told her that I left my wallet at home and I'll have to come back and re-order my items. She told me not to worry about it because they were already making the coffee and they already bagged my son's scone!!! I thought that was so incredibly generous of her!!!! I did come back later in the day and ordered another coffee and paid for the order earlier in the day! Thank you so much for your kindness.“
“First time at a Starbucks and the cashier Tianna was super patient and sweet. She made me feel welcomed and it was a good feeling to see her taking her health seriously. (She wore a hair net, and a mask) I’m so happy she was welcoming and caring. Keep her around.Edit:Went back today, and Shiniah was absolutely amazing. “I accidentally made a mobile order for the wrong location and was bummed because my drinks had been made 40 minutes before I was able to pick them up when I realized. I got to this location expecting them to be cold and was surprised that they were warm and my lemonade didnt have any cup moisture. I am pretty positive the staff remade my drinks realizing I was not there to pick them up, I appreciated that soooo much! Thank you, wonderful customer service. “Love my Starbucks and they are awesome but they do tend to get a little busy which cause me to not want to go. But they are getting better and speeding up service and still serving hot fresh coffee or icy cold coffee which ever you prefer. :)“
“It closes its doors all of the time. Close the drive through if you want to close something. We made a mobile order and had to go through the drive through to get our order even though we were on foot. People were disrespectful because we had to go to the drive through window to get our order. The owners should be aware of this problem. If you can’t take inside orders then close the restaurant or hire better management.“
“Location is right bear the door so its a little odd to sit and relax, but the service totally makes up for it, quick concise and friendly, have only been going in for two weeks and my coffee was ready for me by the time i got to the register. Sophia is truly exceptional at what she does. Every time she makes my coffee, it’s absolutely perfect—consistently well-balanced, made with care, and exactly to my preference. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and pays close attention to detail. On top of that, she’s always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Sophia is a standout barista and a huge asset to this Starbucks. She genuinely makes my day better with every cup!“
“This is usually my go to Starbucks because of the convenience. The drive through usually takes 10/15 mins but at least it’s spacious unlike the one on governors. The parking lot has plenty of room and usually is fairly empty. Inside has nice seating and the aesthetics are pleasing. My drink is made correctly 9 out of 10 times. The staff is usually friendly but there is one guy who isn’t very nice. Despite the longer waits here, it’s a very stress free Starbucks.“
