Starbucks in Columbia

“I had just got my grande drink and then had to get the groceries checked out when the whole drink spilled out of the cart while putting them on the conveyer. The cashiers were gracious and cleaned up and Kat at Starbucks made me another drink; she is a wonderful and patient person.“

“My drink didn't look like it had been made correctly and I went up to the woman working the register and asked why if she could explain why the color of my cold brew wasn't consistent throughout, when it usually is. She agreed and said it looked like a shaked iced espresso and immediately offered to remake it. I took her up on her offer and she made my coffee perfectly. I didn't get her name but she was a younger, pretty girl with black hair (possibly Hispanic?). I appreciated her validation and non-judgemental tone. There have been a few times in the past when i've requested my drink to be remade and the staff weren't always as gracious as she was, so I was a little nervous to ask. Her reaction left my anxiety substantially lower after leaving 🙂“
