Starbucks in Hermitage

“I stopped in for a late lunch and coffee. The staff members were very friendly, even giving customers a welcoming greeting. I ordered an out of the ordinary half decaf and the barista said that was an easy one. I opted for the Feta Spinach wrap and a Canadian bacon & egg sandwich. The food was hot and tasty and the large coffee was perfect. I needed WiFi and a laptop recharge after several days of no power in a major Tennessee ice storm. The environment at this location has always been a little stark but the seats are comfortable and I was able to relax and get work done.“

“Great Starbucks! My husband spilled his venti caramel macchiato on the floor and the staff was so kind! The employees cleaned up the mess AND made him a new drink. Other customers even jumped in with napkins to help out. We offered to mop, but they insisted that it was no problem at all. Great service! ❤️“
