Starbucks in Hermitage

“This is a very busy Starbucks. I appreciated the ladies making coffee had a great attitude. I had never been in there before and it took a little while to get my food, but I realize they’re doing so much business through the drive-through and maybe through an app that they are in constant motion. The lady making coffee could see that I was concerned and she immediately asked me if I had been served and was everything OK. She checked on my order and it was in the queue. I appreciate a smiling face after a long night of work. Keep up the good work!“

“This Starbucks is my to go to caffeine fix location for many years/decades. I consider myself high maintenance, always altering, adding and taking away ingredients sometimes making things complicated where my husband orders as is. The employees at this Store have been nothing but understanding and patient when I come through. Eli is one of my favorites, was there through my few years of being ill awaiting a transplant And I could go through there on one of my worst days , And he was always so welcoming and genuinely friendly to where I could just be myself and not fake a hello. Him and the other girls would greet me by my name at the speaker if they saw my car and I would leave the parking lot having a better attitude towards the rest of day. And till today, still go there at least twice a week and still the employees there are awesome, hard working and stay friendly, a lot of them getting by while in college by doing positive, productive things like this and that’s what makes our future a better place to walk into. I hate that I see these negative reviews about little things And personally attacking establishments and the real people that are welcoming and accepting to all of us for our convenience and these low paid wonderful people deserve so much more than a nasty comment! I don’t write reviews. This might be my first. But when I put my order in today and Call ahead to request a special request on my order, I thought of how often I do that and nobody has ever given me a hard time or questioned me. They always Have gone over and beyond For all of my crazy requests. So the least I can do is throw in a review that sums up my appreciation and thankfulness of the last 15 years. Today my order was perfection! I ordered my Husbands as is and then mine with a few changes and Lauren made it perfect. Have not seen her before and I called after just to say thanks because never get it exactly the way I like it of course, not their fault, but the young man who answered the phone always so friendly, told me her name so I could write this review. Lauren made it so precise to what I modified it as and requested instead of how she thought it should be and I love that!! Thx!! Made my day!! It’s the simple things. And they need to be recognized more often!!! I do go to other locations when I’m in a different area, but this location is always my favorite with the staff and iv noticed the employees stay employed here longer than any other locations iv been to. Faces stay the same longer. Must not be that bad then. 😊😊😊 Thx!! Keep up the great attitudes always!!! Much appreciated and recognized!!!♥️♥️“
