“I go to Starbucks most days and today I got a tainted coffee the creamer container must have been wiped out with a rag and had a chemical on it. My coffee had to be thrown out. I wish that i would have noticed earlier but it was too hot at the time. Please just make good coffee and keep things clean! BTW: SERVING AMERICANOS IN A SINGLE CUP DOES NOT WORK!!!! I ended up trying to take my first sip and the lid popped off and spilled in a store I usually get a 2nd cup for this issue. Please just double cup them for our safety.“

“I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about.I just came through the area for a doctor's appointment, and checked for the closest coffee place and was surprised by the negative feedback. This was still a very convenient location, so I went in.Ordered a almond milk chai, and a regular dirty chai. Went to pickup to wait for the drink and unlocked my phone to check messages, but before I was able to look at the phone they had my order ready and on the pickup counter.The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous about my brain not having had it's coffee yet.The only detriment I can think of is that it's inside a grocery store, but that is not really in their control and not that big of a detriment.“
“I had a super large order yesterday that I thought I had placed ahead but when I got to the location, I realized I had not submitted the order. Jessica, who I believe was managing at the time, was so calming and helpful and reassured me that she would have me squared away and out the door quickly and she did just that! 10/10 service“
