“A rude belligerent customer came in and Nora handled it beautifully she was still nice and respectful and this reflects well on Starbucks her and Roxy are always so professional along with the rest of the team! In my humble opinion that should get raises! I go out of my way to come to the store because everybody's so nice and professional and the quality and service of the products are so much better here!“

I didnt get the drive thru baristas name unfortunately
They had dark hair and a kind voice if that helps commend the correct person (1:38 pm cst 3/9/26)
When I approached the window to get my dogs birthday pup cup and my coffee, I chucked my debit card out of my car window and when attempting to retrieve it bumped my car door on the drivethru window.
(no damage to anything just a funny anecdote )
They had such a nice demeanor about how much of a dolt I was in that moment it made me feel less embarassed XD
Additionally the staff always draws cute drawings on my dogs pup cups and always a little extra on my dogs birthday pup cup and its beyond appreciated :)

“Went to the Starbucks on Memorial in Murfreesboro, TN. I had originally ordered a pistachio latte at one of the Lebanon locations; my drink came out brown/almost a chocolate color. I didn’t want to deal with the Lebanon location having to remake, as the barista said the shots that morning were coming out dark. As I was driving to work, I called the Murfreesboro location and they said they were happy to remake it for free! Thanks Yalexa and Aris at the Starbucks on Memorial for making this a seamless experience! You guys are great!“
“I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks, but the team at this location is top-tier. Not only is the store clean and the drinks perfect, but the baristas are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. They handle the busy crowd with total grace and always make me feel welcome. It’s my go-to place for a reason!“

“Laken and Ethan went above and beyond on my order tonight. My daughter lost a tooth and wanted to get a pink drink with the tooth fairy money. When we made the order and informed them the money was from tooth fairy, they went out of their way to make this little girl feel special.
The extra hearts and tooth fairy drink written on the cup made this purchase extra special.

“Ppl are just be ignorant this store is way better than a 3.9. This is by far one of the best Starbucks in the Boro. I drive by the one on Church St just to come to this one. However, I have a bone to pick with Mrs. Cassidy. I drive out of my way to come to this one and I have gotten accustomed to seeing Mrs Judy and Mrs. Katie every morning. We have grown close over the years (because I literally stop every morning)! You have taken Katie off morning shifts and my mornings are not the same. Mrs. Katie and Mrs. Judy need to be there every morning!!! They're the heart and soul of the morning shift. I'd greatly appreciate it if you could rectify the situation. Other than that, One of The Best Starbucks in the Boro!!“
“This is absolutely The friendliest Starbucks location in Murfreesboro! Everyone at this location is truly SO kind! I’m always greeted and acknowledged kindly - THIS morning I came in and almost every worker said good morning Destiny and it was a full lobby & everyone was working, , so for literally almost every worker in the store to take a minute and look up and be kind & make little connections with their guests is the reason I come to this location so often. My drinks and food are almost always perfect, In the RARE chance that something is wrong they are so quick and kind to fix it!“
“We are regular Starbucks Gold Members. We hit the drive-through this morning on our way out of town. This barista rocks! She made the best drinks we’ve had in a long time!! We ordered hot Caramel Macchiato, White Mocha and an Americano. They were each perfection. It’s so refreshing to have someone do their job well. Thank you.
