In my humble opinion that should get raises! I go out of my way to come to the store because everybody's so nice and professional and the quality and service of the products are so much better here!“

“Went to the Starbucks on Memorial in Murfreesboro, TN. I had originally ordered a pistachio latte at one of the Lebanon locations; my drink came out brown/almost a chocolate color. I didn’t want to deal with the Lebanon location having to remake, as the barista said the shots that morning were coming out dark. As I was driving to work, I called the Murfreesboro location and they said they were happy to remake it for free! Thanks Yalexa and Aris at the Starbucks on Memorial for making this a seamless experience! You guys are great!“

They handle the busy crowd with total grace and always make me feel welcome. It’s my go-to place for a reason!“

“Laken and Ethan went above and beyond on my order tonight. My daughter lost a tooth and wanted to get a pink drink with the tooth fairy money. When we made the order and informed them the money was from tooth fairy, they went out of their way to make this little girl feel special.
The extra hearts and tooth fairy drink written on the cup made this purchase extra special.

“Ppl are just be ignorant this store is way better than a 3.9. This is by far one of the best Starbucks in the Boro. I drive by the one on Church St just to come to this one. However, I have a bone to pick with Mrs. Cassidy. I drive out of my way to come to this one and I have gotten accustomed to seeing Mrs Judy and Mrs. Katie every morning. We have grown close over the years (because I literally stop every morning)! You have taken Katie off morning shifts and my mornings are not the same. Mrs. Katie and Mrs. Judy need to be there every morning!!! They're the heart and soul of the morning shift. I'd greatly appreciate it if you could rectify the situation. Other than that, One of The Best Starbucks in the Boro!!“
“This is absolutely The friendliest Starbucks location in Murfreesboro! Everyone at this location is truly SO kind! I’m always greeted and acknowledged kindly - THIS morning I came in and almost every worker said good morning Destiny and it was a full lobby & everyone was working, , so for literally almost every worker in the store to take a minute and look up and be kind & make little connections with their guests is the reason I come to this location so often. My drinks and food are almost always perfect, In the RARE chance that something is wrong they are so quick and kind to fix it!“
