“I think she’s a manager but Jay she has black hair and Giovanna really made a lasting impression during my visit in the drive through. After the chai change I was having a hard time adjusting to the new taste and finding a drink I love as I drank the chai daily. They both were extremely understanding and accommodating about making sure I got something I liked and would enjoy and helped me come up with a good alternative. I really appreciate them both because I went Starbucks feeling sad about my drink and left feeling seen and heard as customer and will always remember the experience they created for me in the drive thru. They are very good representation of what it looks like to go above and beyond.“

“Well this Starbucks is my go to for now. They have flavors that I like, customer service is great, the area is clean and there's no long line. I can shop at Target and enjoy Starbucks at the same time. Customer Service is the key and coffee made with love. I stopped going to the other Starbucks in the area, they have been short on flavors and don't really care. All I can say is I appreciate the kindness that I got today and my hot latte that was made with a smile. It's always good to taste your brew or frappuccino before you go! My lattes are DARN GOOD!!“
