“Well this Starbucks is my go to for now. They have flavors that I like, customer service is great, the area is clean and there's no long line. I can shop at Target and enjoy Starbucks at the same time. Customer Service is the key and coffee made with love. I stopped going to the other Starbucks in the area, they have been short on flavors and don't really care. All I can say is I appreciate the kindness that I got today and my hot latte that was made with a smile. It's always good to taste your brew or frappuccino before you go! My lattes are DARN GOOD!!“
“I pulled up to the Starbucks drive thru in Smyrna right when they were closing. Tez took my order and Kirsten (Hoped I spelled her name right) gave me my order and they were so AWESOME and KIND. Great customer service. Will definitely be back and I’ll make sure I’m there before they close

“This is a very chill Starbucks location. It's a great drive through and quick off and on the interstate. It's also a nice one to sit and enjoy a cup of the charbucks(as I like to call it) Don't get me wrong, Starbucks does have a burnt kind of taste to it. But I really like getting a cold cream nitro and you don't notice that flavor coming through. Not a 5 star, because everytime I go here, it seems that they just received a delivery and boxes are stacked near the front door and just don't add an appealing look when going inside. So far I've never had a bad experience at this location and seems to be managed very well.“
