Starbucks in Smyrna

“This is a very chill Starbucks location. It's a great drive through and quick off and on the interstate. It's also a nice one to sit and enjoy a cup of the charbucks(as I like to call it) Don't get me wrong, Starbucks does have a burnt kind of taste to it. But I really like getting a cold cream nitro and you don't notice that flavor coming through. Not a 5 star, because everytime I go here, it seems that they just received a delivery and boxes are stacked near the front door and just don't add an appealing look when going inside. So far I've never had a bad experience at this location and seems to be managed very well.“

“Well this Starbucks is my go to for now. They have flavors that I like, customer service is great, the area is clean and there's no long line. I can shop at Target and enjoy Starbucks at the same time. Customer Service is the key and coffee made with love. I stopped going to the other Starbucks in the area, they have been short on flavors and don't really care. All I can say is I appreciate the kindness that I got today and my hot latte that was made with a smile. It's always good to taste your brew or frappuccino before you go! My lattes are DARN GOOD!!“

“I had a great experience at Starbucks today. I ordered a Teavana China Oolong tea, and not only was it made perfectly, but the barista even wrote a cheerful “enjoy!” on the cup. That little touch made my day. Service was quick, friendly, and personal exactly what I hope for when I stop by. A simple drink, but a genuinely thoughtful experience.“
