“CHOOSE THIS FRANKLIN - THEY ARE FAR BEYOND and GET IT DONE!!! Whoever is managing this location deserves an award. Every single time twice thus far I've done online ordering through the Cool Springs location, Columbia Ave has been a saving grace!!! Thank goodness!!! My first online order to Cool Springs was for sheets and string lights for the Christmas tree. I get a text/email that it's ready and I head over. I arrive, wait in a long line at customer service to open the bag and the string lights were not the ones I ordered. They walkied to have someone pull the lights I ordered... about 20 mins go by, while I have stepped aside for others to be serviced. They don't have them. They don't have ANY in stock with the green strands to match the tree, all are white. No thanks. Ordered the lights at the Columbia Franklin Target, called to confirm they pulled the correct ones and then went to pick them up. Very helpful. Second online order was last night for a game as a gift... Wake up this morning to an email saying they don't have it. Order online at Columbia Franklin for their "drive up" pick up option and it's ready within the hour. YOU GUYS ROCK AND are reliable - THANK YOU!!!“

“I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks. I work in the mall, and their efficiency has always blown me away. They can have an entire room full of people and still greet me with a smile. Today I was in and out in 15 minutes which was crazy because I saw them pump out at least 5 drinks every ten minutes. Their customer service is always amazing. Our staff highly appreciates them being so close and all they do!!!! Shout out to the employee with the man bun working today… I don’t know your name but you dealt with my lack of knowledge on the drink I was ordering for my coworker so kindly.“
“Barista looked at me when I didn’t tip when I went through the drive-through. I don’t think I should have to tip when I’m buying a drink that is way overpriced to start with and I’m picking it up at the window. They’re doing their job what they’re supposed to do I shouldn’t have to pay extra for that.“

“Great coffee and service, but no indoor seating. The inside looked like a stock room, boxes piled high and everywhere. Perhaps this is the new Starbucks standard? I sat outside and got scorched by the sun, I should’ve picked a different location to get some work done during downtime.“
