Starbucks in Madison

“I'm writing this review in regards to something another person said about one of the workers here, Mrs. Nancy. While the coffee can be hit or miss at times, the service is always great, especially from her. If she has an attitude or is rude to you each time you go, then maybe you are the common denominator for those negative interactions. Ive never had an issue with her - she is always incredibly friendly, smiles and is very pleasant in general each time I've seen her here.“

“Best Starbucks in the Huntsville/Madison area, hands down. I go to a LOT of Starbucks (I pass two other locations just to come here), and this one consistently gets it right. Drinks are made the way they’re supposed to taste — never watery or rushed. Food actually comes out fully heated, not just warmed on the surface. Little things, but they matter, and most locations don’t nail them consistently.

The staff here are genuinely nice too, not just polite-on-the-surface nice. It’s clear this store actually cares about doing it right instead of just getting you out the door fast.

If you’re near 72 and Balch, skip the other locations and come here instead“

“Coming to this Starbucks is a morning must for me ! I absolutely enjoy the fact I can so easily order on my phone and walk right in and pick up my drink. The staff is always so super friendly especially Martin !! His energy and joy is so radiant. The world needs more MARTINS!!! I do wish that I had a way to compensate the hard working, deserving employees with a way other than cash. I would have no complaints at all if I were to be able to tip and show my appreciation on those cashless days!“

“Got a pink drink there yesterday after shopping for an hour. Was dying of thirst. Employees were both super nice & fast. Starbucks is expensive; I don’t go often. But it’s so rare to find a place with good employees these days I find myself at those establishments more often.“

“This Starbucks location has become one of my regular stops because the service is consistently friendly and efficient. The staff does a great job handling busy periods while still maintaining a welcoming attitude and getting orders out quickly.

The store itself is clean, modern, and comfortable whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee or staying awhile to work or meet with someone. My drinks have been consistently made correctly, and the mobile ordering process has also been smooth and convenient.

The location is easy to access, parking has been manageable during my visits, and the overall atmosphere feels relaxed and professional. I also appreciate that the team acknowledges customers quickly even when the line is busy.

“This is the Starbucks located inside Target on Hwy 72. I see reviews about Clift Farms and a drive thru. This place isn't at Clift Farms nor does it have a drive thru lol. I've gotten the best Caramel Ribbon Crunch drinks here. Lots of crunchy bits, caramel sauce and whipped cream. There's rarely a line when I come so I haven't had issues with wait times. My only complaint is there's no tables and chairs so you can only take your drink to go. But it is cool you can bring your own cup again to reduce waste. They have a sign stating that.“
