They were upbeat, attentive, and made the whole interaction feel easy.

The Ice Horchata Latte was exactly what we didn’t know we needed—cool, comforting, and full of that gentle sweetness that hits just right when you’ve been on the road awhile. It gave us a little lift, not just from the caffeine but from the care that went into making it. A simple stop, but one that left us smiling as we pulled back onto the highway.“

“I stay at my daughter's for a few months which is within walking distance from Starbucks, and I've been here a few times and everyone is always polite friendly and I've never waited no more than 5 minutes for my order.

“Parking can be a bit tricky to find depending on how you pull in, but once you find it there is plenty of parking.

Food was ready on time, but they missed the customized on some of my items.

However overall, the food was great and it was a very convenient location on my way to the office that I will stop by again the next time I’m in town!“

“Biggest Starbucks in the state and it’s a beautiful store! Drinks were great, service was great! The only thing to be aware of is that this is a licensed store and not a corporate store, so there might be a couple things that they don’t carry. For the most part they have a full menu though and offer a pretty full selection. Tons of seating! Right next to Big Spring Park and Propst Arena downtown!“

“First time at a Starbucks and the cashier Tianna was super patient and sweet. She made me feel welcomed and it was a good feeling to see her taking her health seriously. (She wore a hair net, and a mask) I’m so happy she was welcoming and caring. Keep her around.Edit:Went back today, and Shiniah was absolutely amazing. Who ever is hiring your morning staff is doing a great job. My experience with this location has been great. The drinks I order were nice too, but I highly value human interaction.“

“Cavernous Starbucks. Huge inside area and a nice covered patio. It does a significant drive thru business and therefore the inside business is impacted. The baristas are friendly, and they work as fast as they can. It seems like they have most workers dedicated to the drive thru orders and just one for the inside customers.“

“I accidentally made a mobile order for the wrong location and was bummed because my drinks had been made 40 minutes before I was able to pick them up when I realized. I got to this location expecting them to be cold and was surprised that they were warm and my lemonade didnt have any cup moisture. I am pretty positive the staff remade my drinks realizing I was not there to pick them up, I appreciated that soooo much! Thank you, wonderful customer service. “Love my Starbucks and they are awesome but they do tend to get a little busy which cause me to not want to go. But they are getting better and speeding up service and still serving hot fresh coffee or icy cold coffee which ever you prefer. :)“

“Location is right bear the door so its a little odd to sit and relax, but the service totally makes up for it, quick concise and friendly, have only been going in for two weeks and my coffee was ready for me by the time i got to the register. “I really have no idea what everyone's problem is with this Starbucks giving the 1 star reviews, I would go here everyday multiple times (morning and afternoon) the staff was always super friendly the coffee orders were always right, the mobile order was always on time! I have seen the manager checking on people that would pull up to the mobile order pickup asking what their name is and bringing the mobile order to them as a courtesy! That's service above and beyond! I really think people are mistaking this Starbucks for the Airport road one which is absolutely one of the worst Starbucks in the world for wait times and lack of staffing!!!!“
