“First time at this location. It's nice, brought a book to read. Ordered a decaf grande. Was given an expresso shot something in a tiny cup. Told them that's not mine. Went back and forth a few times trying to order a decaf drip coffee. I think getting a normal coffee is too simple now at Starbucks, so it threw a wrench into their system. 10 minutes from my initial order, got my drip decaf. Anyway, no big deal, they were nice about it. I'll be back to just enjoy another drink and read.“
“I stay at my daughter's for a few months which is within walking distance from Starbucks, and I've been here a few times and everyone is always polite friendly and I've never waited no more than 5 minutes for my order.
... 🙃 😅 I use a cane and it would be a even better place if they had a drive through. But I still like this Starbucks...“
“First time at a Starbucks and the cashier Tianna was super patient and sweet. She made me feel welcomed and it was a good feeling to see her taking her health seriously. (She wore a hair net, and a mask) I’m so happy she was welcoming and caring. Keep her around.Edit:Went back today, and Shiniah was absolutely amazing. Who ever is hiring your morning staff is doing a great job. My experience with this location has been great. The drinks I order were nice too, but I highly value human interaction.“
“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! The store was super clean and everything was perfectly organized. The inside is absolutely adorable and has such a welcoming vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive — they were really on top of everything and made sure customers were taken care of quickly and kindly. You can tell they take pride in keeping the store running smoothly. Definitely one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve had!“
“****Beware of tripping hazard Where The Sidewalk Ends****
The main reason I'm writing a Starbucks review (an exercise in futility if there ever was one) is to sound a warning about the Mid City location, at which a concrete bumper has been installed at the end of the sidewalk. The sidewalk leads into the small back parking lot and the bumper blends in very well with the road surface. I watched a (young, not elderly) woman trip over it (she did not fall): I think we can all agree that no cup of coffee is good enough to mitigate face planting on asphalt. Happily, our visit was uneventful: the coffee and matcha and breakfast sandwiches we had were very good. So, keep an eye out for that stealth concrete bumper and stay safe.“
“I accidentally made a mobile order for the wrong location and was bummed because my drinks had been made 40 minutes before I was able to pick them up when I realized. I got to this location expecting them to be cold and was surprised that they were warm and my lemonade didnt have any cup moisture. I am pretty positive the staff remade my drinks realizing I was not there to pick them up, I appreciated that soooo much! Thank you, wonderful customer service. Merry Christmas to you all, ill be back!“
“Love my Starbucks and they are awesome but they do tend to get a little busy which cause me to not want to go. But they are getting better and speeding up service and still serving hot fresh coffee or icy cold coffee which ever you prefer. :)“
“I love this Starbucks. I go here often and everyone is so kind there. The atmosphere is nice. They are so positive and polite when you come and always greeting you. My food and drinks are always very good. This is one of the best Starbucks in Huntsville!“
“Location is right bear the door so its a little odd to sit and relax, but the service totally makes up for it, quick concise and friendly, have only been going in for two weeks and my coffee was ready for me by the time i got to the register. Thoroughly impressed with the employees and their training manager“
“This is usually my go to Starbucks because of the convenience. The drive through usually takes 10/15 mins but at least it’s spacious unlike the one on governors. The parking lot has plenty of room and usually is fairly empty. Inside has nice seating and the aesthetics are pleasing. My drink is made correctly 9 out of 10 times. The staff is usually friendly but there is one guy who isn’t very nice. Despite the longer waits here, it’s a very stress free Starbucks.“
“Our stop at Starbucks Coffee Company ended up being one of those small, unexpectedly warm moments that make traveling feel a little lighter. We rolled through the drive‑thru just looking for a quick caffeine boost, and the team greeted us with the kind of friendliness that feels genuine rather than routine. They were upbeat, attentive, and made the whole interaction feel easy.
The Ice Horchata Latte was exactly what we didn’t know we needed—cool, comforting, and full of that gentle sweetness that hits just right when you’ve been on the road awhile. It gave us a little lift, not just from the caffeine but from the care that went into making it. A simple stop, but one that left us smiling as we pulled back onto the highway.“
