A very nice place to dine in. The only thing I had a problem with was the cup was leak when I got my hot tea.
Top notch sushi, friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

This place quickly became a favorite! I’ve been going here for a while, and it’s just as fantastic as the last. The food is delicious, and the presentation for their sushi is gorgeous. I also love the wide variety of dishes they have. The staff are lovely and attentive. I actually came in two days ago for my early birthday, and they surprised me with a free dessert (a pumpkin with cake that was amazing!)
I highly recommend the soup dumplings as an appetizer! For sushi, my go-to will always be the sushi-sashimi deluxe and omega-3 roll. In addition; their Mongolian beef has a nice kick and isn’t overly spicy. It’s my mom’s favorite!
If you haven’t been yet, you definitely need to!

I ordered: Pad thai with chicken, vegetable fried rice, and a Philadelphia roll.
Inside the restaurant, the first thing I noticed was that the wallpaper had poor quality pixelated images, which doesn't matter a ton but I think that it would've looked great with many colors if it weren't for the improper resolution.
To get chicken added to the pad thai, there was a $3 upcharge. Inside the food was definitely not 3 dollars worth of chicken at all, probably 10 or 20 grams of chicken. There were plenty of noodles, but the flavor was simplistic and lacked sufficient oil.
The vegetable fried rice was decent with green onion, peas, and onion. The flavor was strongly of black / white pepper with little umami notes, which is a turn away for many. I ate it, but didn't enjoy it much. The portion was decent for the price.
Finally, the Philadelphia roll was about a much cream cheese as all of the other ingredients. It overpowered the dish. I usually don't order a sushi with cream cheese, but I tried it. It might be more of a preference issue.
Overall, for a price of $31.50 for two people, the portions are decent with lower quality than we expected. I may try some of the unique dish options like Roti or Takoyaki in the future, but this wasn't a good first impression. I'll give it another chance.
Biggest issue was the lack of chicken in the pad thai. I don't suggest adding in any protein other than if the base dish includes it.
Vegetarian options: Protein is optional, has tofu options, wide menu for choices.

Food was bland.
Great food and service! Delicious freshly made sushi. Very accommodating if you have children.
Kid-friendliness: They gave our daughters chop sticks so they could practice with and was just over all friendly with our kids. Especially our picky eater. They worked with us on food options.

October ‘24 Update: gotta try their Ghost roll. Can you eat it all? Nice spicy burn! Fun Halloween colors. See pics.
I’ve been coming here since they opened with increasing frequency. Lots of creative choices. The sushi is the best in HSV and easily on par with many other places I’ve had around the world. They focus on high quality, excellent presentation and generous quantity. Excellent value. One of the owners is always there, welcoming hellos by them and the staff often greet you. My wife and I always feel the servers really care that your experience is enjoyable. We often get take out too. The Mango chicken travels very well. They package everything carefully and professionally. Check out my multiple reviews and pics on Yelp for off menu items that are sometimes available.

The soup dumplings are my favorite! I wasn’t sure how to eat them gracefully, so I used a chopstick to poke a hole in the dumpling while it was on the spoon - worked perfectly and so delicious!
