Wendy's in Huntsville

“The food is always fresh at this location! It can be a little slow but worth the wait for a CORRECT ORDER! But having family come in town and taking them there he did have to go inside and wait for his order due to the first not being his ad he wanted a girl prepare the order and saw that his was the next one coming that was fresh that the manager was making. She got upset but still the manager had talked to him due to the wait and made the food herself for him that's who he was waiting on. The manager made things right and correctly! Family enjoyed the meal“

“Me nor my family are from Huntsville but we were down there for a basketball tournament and stopped by Wendy's and the employees were very sweet especially this young guy that greeted me and said Happy Mother's day. Our food was hot and fresh. Definitely will go back to this location next time we come to Huntsville.“

“The hamburger meal was delicious. Can't beat Wendy's fries. Hot, done just right, not over-salted. New self serve soda fountain, very nice. The meal was a good break. The tables and floors were freshly sanitized. Servers friendly. Manager kept things flowing. Steady stream in the drive thru didn't delay my order. Sunset view is astounding; great place to unwind.“

“I used to work at this location many, many years ago. It brings a sense of nostalgia whenever I stop by here. I went through today after service. It wasn’t busy, just two cars in the drive thru. I got my food fast and the lady was very nice. Food was fresh. On the downside, I think $11 is a bit much for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a cup of water. But hey, thanks inflation.“

“A decent location though on busy days it can be hard to pass around others. Though they probably can not do anything at this point in the stores life it really could benefit from a expansion. The food is ok for the price point when you maybe want a bite during lunch but not something I would try to eat every week (not that its bad just not something to go out your way for). The staff also can have some truly good stars on a good day. Ran into one lady by the name of Jeana (i hope i got it right. I could not get anyone for awhile to ask and i know Fast food places do not like you sitting in line to long as it runs up their timer for drive through orders) but she was a super sweet older lady who truly felt like she was going out here way to make sure both my order was right and just came off nice. You do not run into that often but whenever I do i like to make it known.“

“I went to this Wendy’s and the staff was so understanding and kind when I had a slight miscommunication in my order. They fixed the order for me, didn’t make me feel bad, and let me keep the extra items that were messed up. I will definitely be coming back!“
