“There was an issues with an old employee or something lady came in yelling and the manager on shift handled it perfectly. She remained calm and managed to calm the customer lady down. This manager needs to be told how amazing she handled this situation.“

“Great experience! Restaurant was clean, food was really good and service was friendly and exceptional. Special shout out to Katia! She was polite, professional and went above and beyond. Typically when there is a few minutes of downtime most employees will stand around. Katia was doing many jobs and was wiping tables and cleaning the floor. She overhead my elderly mom talk about getting a bag to take food home and immediately, with a smile offered to bring one. Wish all employees everywhere, especially the youth would follow her example. I imagine she will go on to do great things in this world.“

“We came to this wendys here on county line rd this morning on Sunday 11th 2026 and ordered 2 honey 🍯 butter 🧈 biscuits and left to go get coffee before we took them out of the bag and realized they were hard as brick 🧱 so we went back and met this wonderful woman named Elizabeth she told us we could call her Liz and when we asked to remake the food she had no problem listening and she understood the assignment made our food fresh and softened those biscuits right on up may god bless her and we appreciate her awesome customer service.“
