“Princeton Alternative Elementary School hired Gus's to cater an outside "tailgating" experience for about 200 students, staff, and parents. Lee and his staff member exceeded our expectations. They were timely, prepared, and eager to help us in any capacity. They served everyone with a smile and pleasant attitude. Our event was a success because of the delicious food and excellent service. We are so glad to have found a partner in Gus's and look forward to having them at future events.“

“Bought a hot dog..it grew legs and arms and attacked me with great speed..it opened its mouth revealing 52,652 sharp teeth and took a bite out of me like I was the hot dog all other customers sat there and watched it happen… cops show up and try to pry it off me but nothing worked.. forever traumatized. Overall great experience!“

“Ah-mazinnnggggggg!!!!!! Very quick, very good, very nice man. It was pouring rain and we were waiting for a concert to start back up. I absolutely loved everything about this food truck. Makes me wish I was a local😔. We don't have burgers like that back in the 850 Florida area. I will be back....might just come back for a burger haha. Again...keep it up it was delicious!!!!! “My wife and I were in Birmingham and looking for someplace for dinner and came upon Whiskey Foxtrot on a google maps search. The restaurant has a cool vibe and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! My wife had the Cowgirl and I had the Classic, both were delicious! She ordered the loaded fries and I ordered the loaded tots, both were great but we should have just shared one order since neither of us could finish. I REALLY wish we had one of these in Tuscaloosa!“

“I've been driving past this place for months and thought I needed to try it. Today was the day, Chili Cheese dogs for me and Slaw dogs for a co-worker. Fries and Tots too, both of out meals were good, friendly people behind the counter too. Looks like they have a good variety of other standards for this type of small restaurant. “I love the burgers and fries, often I substitute cornballs for fries. The breakfast is delicious, and the biscuits are the best in town. There is interesting Alabama and Auburn memorabilia and photos on the walls. Plus a Homewood Patriots jersey. The staff and manager are friendly and professional.“

“It's in the middle of the city basically and, they do give military discounts so I got 15% off military discount babe I mean the food's not to die for but the food is good, it's better than you can make it home, but it's expensive. And I mean I believe that it's more expensive than your average restaurant, I mean it's not McDonald's either so, you get better food for the same price then you would at McDonald's but it's still $20 to go in there and eat and so I just think that that's getting too expensive I guess it's comparable to anywhere else, but it's still ridiculous“

“It's a hole in the wall place but the food is great. I had the cheese burger and onion rings and they were awesome. My kid had the chicken sandwich with fries and he loved it! All together with an extra side of fries I paid about $26 so it wasn't bad for the amount of food we got :)“

“I've been eating Sneaky Pete's hotdog since I was a little kid. The food is great, but it's much more than that. It's more than just a hot dog restaurant, it's a Birmingham icon. Everyone from here and travels through here should have a Sneaky Pete's hot dog.“

WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“Stumbled into this place and it was delicious. Two classics with fries, all very tasty. Cute little diner feel with Mario being very sweet with excellent customer service. Manager even came out and checked on everyone dining. This must be what it was like back in the day when customer service was always top priority and the food reasonably priced and authentically made to order.“

“I made a trip of 20 miles just to get family loaded baker potatoes and my lick they were out and wait time was 30 mins. Well I waited and when they were ready a young lady came out and let me know. Can’t complain about service. And Im glad I waited, it was worth it. Even though I forgot my sons corn on cob he forgave me.“

“I picked up my take out order. I told the staff I needed the strawberry shake. I was told a couple minutes later it was in the bag. I checked and I could see the top of the cup so I left. Got home and it was vanilla. My husband ordered the hot ones burger and there was a quarter size of sauce in the middle of the top bun. His burger was basically dry. My bacon burger was cooked too long, part of it was not edible because it was hard as a rock. This was my first time coming here and I don't plan on returning.“

“I enjoyed my burger there both times I visited. A hot, double patty with fresh, chilled fixings. Good tea as well. It's right around the corner from the North Pavillion of UAB.
I'd recommend ya stop in if you're around there. Spent $14 for the meal, and it was worth it.“
