“I went here because everyone said I needed to try the hashbrowns scattered smothered and covered. I am originally from KCMO and the gravy at Waffle House there SUCKED. The server here was wonderful and friendly. She told me everything that came on what I was ordering and helped me figure out what I wanted. I wanted everything! Oh. My. Goodness. It was so good!!! The cook made it perfectly and I am gonna be back to get this goodness! Who would have thought I would get my gravy fix at the Waffle House?“

We almost didn't go back but I'm glad we did.
They fully redeemed themselves this time.
It started with the greeting as we walked in and only got better as things went along. Showtime was one of the best servers we've seen in a long time anywhere we've eaten and Morris is a grill operator extraordinaire. They got our order right despite the fact that we had difficult special requests and are extremely exacting.
We will definitely be returning and probably sooner than later.

“Friendly staff welcomes you when you enter. The cook seems to get things like I like, if not they correct it on the spot. You just can't beat a friendly face with a smile.“

“The food was good as was the service. I wish they wouldn't have started making waffle houses so much smaller. They don't have enough tables. I was there at 10:30 am and there was nowhere to sit. I went to two different waffle houses and it was the same both places.“
